What you’ll do: Lead & mentor: Supervise registrars/early-career clinicians; run case discussions and peer supervision; provide coaching and feedback. Hold complexity: Serve as a senior consult for high-risk/complex presentations; support stepped-care decisions and escalation pathways. Lift quality: Shape templates, policies and assessment protocols; review reports; champion clinical governance and best-practice frameworks. Stay clinical: Maintain a fulfilling therapy caseload with scope to tailor modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema, EMDR, Psychodynamic). Model culture: Foster reflective practice, psychological safety and a learning culture; help set fair, transparent capacity expectations that prevent burnout. You’ll be a great fit if you: Are a Registered or Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA) ; Board-approved Supervisor (or eligible/willing).
